At Innergy Temple, we work closely with Epic Women Survival Inc. to provide essential support and resources to women and children affected by domestic violence. Together, we strive to create safe spaces where healing and transformation can flourish. Our partnership allows us to offer survivors spiritual counseling and aromatherapy designed to nurture emotional well-being and aid in their journey toward healing. Through this collaboration, we aim to empower individuals to reclaim their strength and heal from trauma.

My training in Trauma-Informed Care shapes the compassionate, sensitive approach I take when working with survivors. I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Integrative Behavioral Health from Louisiana State University, which expands my ability to offer holistic and evidence-based approaches to mental health care.

Helping Survivors through Spiritual Counseling and Aromatherapy

Through my spiritual counseling and aromatherapy consultation services, I work with survivors to address their emotional well-being, offering tools and practices that support their healing process. Using aromatherapy, yoga, and meditation, I aim to create a space for survivors to reconnect with their inner strength, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. My training and experience enable me to guide clients on a path to emotional resilience and transformation. I believe that through holistic wellness practices, we can not only help survivors heal but also empower them to thrive beyond their trauma.
